    Our Factory Shop range is renewed regularly in line with production, ensuring an ever-changing variety, albeit with limited stock. For this reason, we do not have a fixed catalogue.
  5. Do you send photographs of the products?
    For reasons of copyright and design protection, we do not send photographs of the products available in the shop.
  6. Are you open on weekends and public holidays?
    Our shop is open from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. We are closed on weekends, public holidays, and during Ceramirupe’s annual holiday closure (dates communicated in advance).
  7. Do you offer shipping?
    Yes. Once products have been selected and purchased in-store, we can provide a quote for national or international shipping. Alternatively, you may arrange collection via a carrier of your choice.

    We accept credit/debit cards, Multibanco, MB Way, and cash.
